Relating
‍Through
‍Art

Art Therapy brings together the client, therapist, and the art with each relating to each other in different ways.

As a burgeoning Art Therapist, I think it's important to spread the word about Art Therapy and share thoughts related to the field. Relating Through Art aims to illuminate the field of Art Therapy for individuals who are interested in pursuing it as a career, for those already in it, or for those who want to know more. By chronicling my own experiences and sharing ideas, I intend for this to be a resource for those individuals. The name is meant to reflect the aspect of relating that happens in art making and in the formation of the therapeutic alliance built between therapist, client, and the art.
